Bloomfield College Now Offers Tuition Discount to Wakefern Employees

Bloomfield College now offers a 25% tuition discount to Wakefern employees and their dependents. The tuition discount can be applied to both the College’s undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

The Wakefern Food Corporation, founded in 1946 and based in Keasbey, New Jersey, U.S., is the largest Retailers' cooperative group of supermarkets in the United States, and the largest employer in New Jersey.

Bloomfield College currently offers 40 undergraduate programs and 5 graduate programs.

Many companies encourage employees to continue their education. Enrolling to begin or complete a degree program is an important decision but, too often, finances and hectic work schedules hold people back from pursuing higher education, even if it will earn a promotion or higher salary.

The College will provide Wakefern employees with invaluable resources and a broad range of academic support services via the Center for Innovation in Teaching to Enhance Learning (CITEL). CITEL services include a free Tutoring Center and Writing Center, testing and test preparation, academic support counseling, graduate preparation, a group study hub, and the Office of Adult Education.
