New College Salary Report Ranks Bloomfield College Among Best in NJ
Bloomfield College nursing and health science majors have great potential for high incomes and high job satisfaction levels. The College has been ranked 4th in New Jersey and 52nd nationally out of 679 institutions that offer four-year health science and nursing degrees, according to Payscale.com's 2019-20 College Salary Report. The College landed nationally in the top 8% of those ranked for this particular sector.
 
"Student success is the number one priority of Bloomfield College, and not just while they are enrolled," said Dr. Marcheta P. Evans, College President. "Our rankings in the PayScale survey are just one more indication from a nationally-known rating service that Bloomfield College is successful in preparing our students for the workforce in their respective fields."
 
PayScale’s College Salary Report is based on a comprehensive database, with its sample size growing larger every year. The rankings were determined based on alumni salary data of 3.5 million respondents, representing more than 4,000 colleges and universities across the U.S. The report indicates early-career and mid-career pay numbers for alumni. This report is regularly used by prospective students as they research schools, majors, and careers.

The Frances M. McLaughlin Division of Nursing at Bloomfield College boasts a 94% licensure exam pass rate and is consistently ranked within the top-10 best nursing programs in New Jersey.
