2015 Fall Semester Dean's List Announced

Bloomfield College Vice President for Academic Affairs, Tresmaine R. Grimes, announced today the recipients of Dean's List honors for the 2015 fall semester, with 321 students earning the distinguished accolade.

Students who are awarded "Honors" designation have achieved a quality point average of 3.5 or higher; those receiving "High Honors" designation ahve achieved a quality point average of 3.8 or higher. For the term, 182 students earned Honors, while 139 earned High Honors.

The Dean's List is published at the end of each semeter and is based on academic performance as measnured by grades achieved during that semester. Notation of inclusion on the Dean's List is made in the student's permanent record, and is included on all transcripts of the student's grades.

Full-time student are eligible for inclusion on the Dean's List every semester. Part-time students are eligible after two consecutive semesters during which they complete at least four course units.
